AI designs your perfect fit
Our fit engine analyzes your ear geometry and generates a custom tip design tuned to your comfort preferences and your specific earbud model.

Locally 3D-printed tips
Your tips are produced at a nearby Lux-Ear print hub using soft, skin-friendly materials that flex where they should and stay firm where they need to seal.

Snap on and listen
Once your tips arrive, simply snap them onto your earbuds, run a quick fit check, and start listening. If something’s off, we’ll work with you to adjust the design.
